Cameo Life Castings

What are Cameo Castings? 

Cameo Castings  is a  technique that Diane of A Lasting Impression

created when her own son was so tiny.

Not really knowing what was out on the market she wanted to come up with a method that captured all the special parts

of her sons hands and feet, including his precious finger and toe nails.

Usually you can only achieve this when using alginate for life casting!

Discovering alginate later on, Diane kept perusing with her soft clay and perfecting the technique you see here.

As you can see they are very special!

Cameo Life Castings are just as great as Life-cast Statues the only difference being that we can achieve a flat hand with fingers spread out and the feet are very close to the alginate lifecasting

These totally unique, one of a kind impressions can be mounted

on Plaques, Custom Framed or in Shadow Boxes.

Finishes available for the impressions are from a metal finish to natural stone.
